Snippet Rolls are addicting

Well my friends, just a quick post about my newest projects. I discovered the world of Snippet Rolls. I saw a photo then made one, then two, and started my third. They go hand in hand with crazy quilting because you use scraps and bits & bobs, and you can design them however you want, no rules. I did have to order some vintage thread spools, but I had everything else stocked. I'm sure you will find you have most everything you need to make a few as well.

I did some browsing and found my friend Liz, has bags of lace remnants at a great price in her etsy shop GypsyFeather

Many use random lace pieces and such in a miss matched, helter skelter method, but I prefer to tell a story, a theme, which is easy to do with this project. My first was for a dear friend that I thought would enjoy one.

The second was for another sweet friend who I know enjoys the beach. I also made a bag, which I didn't know was part of them until I did more browsing.

The one I'm starting now has a garden theme. Then I have three more to do before I make myself one. Check back in a few days, I'm sure to have more to share.

Enjoy your moments.
