Fair attempt but no cigar!

I stitched most of the day only taking 20 minutes for a walk and about 15 minutes throughout the day for facebook addiction however I didn't quite finish piecing. I don't want to rush it but I am anxious to embellish...lots of vintage lace!!!!! Here is a bad angle photo..the best I can do while yawning.

The colors are more intense than what the picture shows. It was too big to get a good picture on the table. I'll try again tomorrow. I am headed for the bubble bath! Sweet dreams.

This looks a great beginning. Will be great fun seeing what you do next. Just don't forget to stop and stretch sometimes when stitching even though if you are like me time flies by and you don't notice.

  10. How very pretty, Pat. I think this one might be hard to part with! I love the two opposing fans and the way you placed the silkies on top of the doilies. (At least they look like doilies.) Nice colors, too! It'll be fun to watch you embellish this.
