My first ATC

Lynn, a new friend and talented CQer, did a favor for me a few months ago and when asked how I could repay her, she asked for an ATC (Artist Trading Card for those who don't know yet) Well, although I have seen tons of them, and always planned on doing some, I never did. That is until today. Naturally it had to be CQ, what else? :-) It is ready for the backing. I hope she likes it.

  3. Pat,
I just love this! What is that sparkly fiber you used in your green herringbone (with the purple beads)? I notice your sparkly herringbones in lots of your pieces and just think they are fabulous!
Congrats on a great first ATC. I have yet to try one....

  4. How beautiful! What did you back it with? I made some that I backed with cardstock. It seemed to work well, the corners came up on some of them and I had to glue them down. Anytime you want to trade, I'm there!!! Your QC work is inspiring!!
    Cheers, Denise

  5. Denise, I fused a heavy interfacing to the back and covered it with matching fabric. I don't know the proper way, I just "winged it". I will make more I'm sure. Thanks for the nice comments.
